The Moon Launchers brought in the most engagement for a YouTube TV social campaign on Twitter.
The Concept
The 2019 World Series and the 50th anniversary of the moon landing both happened at the same time. Youtube TV marked these significant moments in their 2019 World Series Ad. Wanting to make a mark on social media as well, we revealed that YouTube TV would be sending the first baseball team to the moon. We designed team logos, team uniforms, stadium concepts, and shared updates with fans via Twitter. We even delivered team merchandise to some lucky fans. The Moon Launchers campaign generated the highest engagement for a YouTube TV social media campaign.
